Certification is program-specific. MindUP, RULER and SEE Learning each have their own pathway, cost and ongoing supervision requirements. Some schools will only hire certified specialists; many will not care as long as your practice is sound.
Before you certify, decide who you want to be: a program specialist (deep in one framework) or a generalist facilitator (multi-program, adaptable). Both are legitimate; they lead to different jobs — see working with schools.
The programs overview lists pathway length and cost. The right pathway is usually the one whose age band matches where your work already goes.
