Developing
the inner capacities children need for the future
Modern education prepares children for the outer world. Inner Education Foundation helps schools bring Inner Education — attention, emotions, body and self-awareness — into real learning environments.

Our Mission: Bringing Inner Education Into Schools
Modern mass education plays an essential role and successfully develops academic skills, knowledge and preparation for future professions. However, while children learn how to succeed in the external world, they are often left alone with stress, emotions, self-understanding and inner challenges. Inner Education complements traditional education by helping children develop awareness, emotional balance and a healthier connection with themselves.
Inner Education
The integrated development of consciousness, attention, emotions, body, and mind.

Expanding clear self-awareness and understanding the nature of reality. Connecting with our deeper self, values, and purpose. Living with presence, intention, and inner alignment.
Training stable and conscious attention — the ability to observe, focus, and direct the energy of consciousness. The foundation of conscious choice and presence in the moment.
Developing balanced emotional intelligence and sensitivity. Learning to understand, express, and transform emotions and feelings in positive, healthy, and conscious ways.
Caring for physical health and life energy through body awareness, movement, breathing, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Breathing supports the connection between body and mind, helping build healthy habits for vitality, balance, and well-being.
Cultivating clarity, critical thinking, creativity, and wisdom. Learning how to focus, make conscious choices, and expand our clear perspective.
When all five faculties are developed together, we experience harmony within and express our highest potential in life.
From Inner Education to
Integral Education
Inner Education is where we begin. United with outer learning, it becomes Integral Education — a complete system that prepares whole human beings to thrive in every dimension of life.

Inner + Outer Education in harmony
Integral Education
Outer Education
Modern mass education is extremely important. It gives children knowledge, academic skills and preparation for a future profession. It teaches them how to act in the outside world.
To give a child a profession and the skills to earn a living and be useful to society.
Inner Education
Inner Education is the missing part. It helps children understand themselves and develop the internal abilities needed for a balanced, conscious and good life.
To live in harmony with oneself and the world — wholly developed in consciousness, attention, emotions, body and mind.
The integral union of outer and inner education prepares a whole human being — capable of using professional skills with clarity and without stress, of living in harmony with oneself and the world, and of navigating life with awareness, balanced emotions and conscious attention.
Our goal is not to replace modern education, but to complete it — by helping schools combine external knowledge with inner development.
Children are growing up in a world competing for their attention.
The modern world constantly captures children's attention. But attention is only the visible layer. Underneath it are emotions, stress, body awareness, communication and the ability to understand oneself.
Children are left alone with distraction, emotional overload, anxiety, stress and a loss of inner direction. Schools do their best — but the inner side of growing up rarely has a place in the curriculum.
Inner Education gives children the inner foundation to navigate the world they actually live in.

What today's children are actually facing.
This is not a small shift. It is a global emergency for childhood. International research from the WHO, UNESCO, OECD and leading universities is converging on the same picture — and the trend is accelerating.
Children and teens now spend five to seven hours a day in front of screens — more time than they spend with family, in nature or in unstructured play.
Average sustained focus on a single task has collapsed to just a few seconds, making deep learning, reading and reflection increasingly difficult.
Roughly one in five children and adolescents experiences anxiety, depression or chronic stress — numbers that have risen sharply in the last decade.
Sleep, physical activity, emotional regulation and empathy are all measurably declining in younger generations across countries and cultures.
We are facing a real catastrophe for the next generation — and most schools have no tools to respond. Inner Education is one of the most direct answers we have.
A few principles that guide everything we do.
Every child has an inner world deserving attention and care.
Education should support the whole human being.
Attention is becoming one of the most valuable skills of the future.
Inner development should become accessible.
Schools should not be left alone with implementation challenges.
Collaboration creates greater impact than isolated effort.
Helping meaningful educational ideas become reality.
