A micropractice is a two-to-five-minute practice repeated daily. Its power is consistency, not intensity. See attention training for why short and daily beats long and rare.
Breath anchors: bell-listen, five-finger breathing, box breath. Body anchors: feet-on-floor, shoulder-drop, mini body-scan. Attention anchors: one-object-noticing, sound-mapping.
For age adaptations, see adapting by age. Micropractices scale into full lessons only after the class knows the anchor cold — don't rush this.
