Practice

A structured activity that trains an inner capacity.

A practice is a structured activity — usually 10–30 minutes — designed to develop a specific inner capacity such as attention, empathy or emotion regulation.

Practices sit between micropractices and full lessons. They can be guided, audio-led or teacher-led.

  • A structured emotion-labelling activity
