A micropractice is a very short, well-defined practice — usually 2 to 5 minutes — repeated with high regularity, most often at the beginning of a lesson or after a transition.
Micropractices are the lowest-friction way to bring Inner Education into a school. Their power comes from consistency, not intensity.
