PAX Good Behavior Game
Trauma-informed classroom practice building self-regulation from age 3 to grade 12.
Program Overview
The program rests on four principles: a trauma-informed approach to the child's experience; teaching behaviour as a set of skills that adults help children acquire through guidance, support and encouragement; creating a supportive environment of trust and emotional safety; and reliable, consistent adults who listen and keep their word. It covers ages 3 through grade 12, with distinct age bands inside that range.
