To give the maximum number of children access to self-understanding through Inner Education.

Our mission is to help schools build a more complete educational system — one that includes both external and internal development.

Modern education gives children knowledge, skills and preparation for a profession. But children also need to understand how to live inside themselves: how to work with attention, emotions, stress, body, communication and inner balance.

We call this Inner Education.

We do not oppose traditional education. We believe the future of education is integral: external knowledge and internal development should work together.

Outer education prepares a child for the world. Inner education prepares a child to live consciously within that world.

Goal Inner Education

Inner Balance, Consciousness, and a Good Life — the three pillars of what we are building.

Inner Balance

The ability to maintain inner stability, understand one's own reactions, regulate stress and build genuine resilience. A child who knows their inner world can respond to life rather than simply react.

Consciousness

Awareness of one's own thoughts, emotions and actions. The ability to observe oneself, understand motivations and make deliberate choices. Consciousness is the foundation of freedom and responsibility.

A Good Life

The integration of inner development into daily life so children grow into balanced, capable and fulfilled adults. Not just a career, but the ability to live well — with meaning, connection and inner freedom.

Our goal is not to replace modern education, but to complete it — by helping schools combine external knowledge with inner development.

A symbol of balance and wholeness.

Inner Educational Foundation — yin-yang within a graduation cap

Our logo unites two ancient ideas with one modern purpose. The graduation cap represents education — knowledge, learning and preparation for life in the outer world.

The yin-yang represents the inseparable balance of two complementary forces — the external and the internal. Neither is complete without the other.

A child needs both: the knowledge to act in the world, and the awareness to understand themselves within it. This is what we mean by Integral Education — education that develops the whole human being.

Developing inner abilities. Transforming education.

Helping meaningful educational ideas become reality.

We work across six interconnected areas to strengthen the inner dimensions of education.

School Support

Long-term partnerships with schools committed to integrating inner development into their daily life. We bring funding, expertise and continuity.

Program Implementation

Helping educational programs move from idea to reliable practice — with the planning, training and support implementation actually requires.

Teacher Development

Investing in the professional and personal development of educators, who are the true carriers of any meaningful approach.

Research

Funding and amplifying research on attention, emotional wellbeing, resilience and human flourishing in childhood and adolescence.

Innovation Support

Backing thoughtful entrepreneurs and educators developing new approaches grounded in evidence and care.

Community Building

Convening schools, researchers, foundations and innovators into a living ecosystem of shared learning.

What this looks like on the ground.

A teacher working closely with a small group of children

A primary school partners with us for three years to integrate attention practices, social-emotional learning and reflective conversation into the weekly rhythm of every classroom.

We fund the program, train the teachers, support the leadership and connect the school with researchers measuring impact.

By the third year, the practices are no longer a project — they are part of how the school works.
