Our Mission

Bringing inner development into the heart of education.

Inner Education Foundation exists to help schools and communities build educational environments where children can develop not only academically, but also internally.

Our Vision

A generation of children who can think, feel and live well.

We imagine a world where every child grows up knowing how to focus their attention, understand their emotions, navigate difficulty and contribute to others.

A world where schools are places not only of achievement, but of becoming. Where teachers are supported, research is honored, and inner development is treated as essential — not optional.

What We Believe

A few convictions that shape everything.

Whole-child education

Children flourish when both their outer skills and inner lives are nurtured.

Attention as a core literacy

Attention is the foundation of learning, relationships and self-direction.

Evidence with humanity

We trust research, and we trust the lived experience of educators and children.

Long horizons

We invest in change that compounds across years, not announcements.

Collaboration over competition

Real impact is built by ecosystems, not lone heroes.

Accessible by design

Inner development should not be a privilege of a few schools.

A longer story

Why we exist.

We began with a simple observation: the children of today are growing up inside the most demanding information environment in human history — and our educational systems were not designed for it.

Schools are full of dedicated educators doing remarkable work. Yet they are often asked to do more with less, and to address rising rates of anxiety, distraction and disconnection without the tools, resources or time to do so well.

Inner Education Foundation was created to help. To fund the work that needs funding. To connect the people who need to meet. To carry meaningful practices from the edges to the center of education.

We believe the next chapter of education will be written by communities who care about both achievement and human flourishing — and we exist to support them.
